Job summary

Publicis Re:Sources, a core part of Publicis Groupe, is seeking an experienced finance professional to lead monthly close, statutory reporting, and audits from its Jakarta hub. The role focuses on compliance, advisory support, and collaboration across agencies and SSC teams.

The candidate will manage audits, reporting packages, and continuous improvement initiatives, bringing strong accounting systems expertise and data analysis to ensure timely and accurate financial statements.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years post-qualification experience.
• Experience with full sets and audits.
• Experience in advertising or media industry is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage completion within deadlines for monthly financial statements and reporting packages (Actuals, CSR, Tax Package, CBCR).
• Ensure compliance with Group Policies and statutory financial controls, including external/internal audit and FMC requirements.
• Manage external audit, statistical surveys and other statutory reporting matters; liaise with external parties.
• Build and manage relationships with agencies and SSC teams.
• Provide advisory support for accounting and tax matters to agencies and SSC teams.
• Support collaboration within Groupe and agencies, including entity reductions and post month-end review.
• Assist management on continuous improvement projects as needed.

About the Role

The Key Accountabilities are, but not limited to managing completion within deadlines for all monthly financial statements & reporting functions, ensuring compliance with Group Policies and statutory financial controls, managing external audit and statutory reporting matters, building and managing relationships with agencies and SSC teams, providing advisory support on accounting & tax matters, supporting collaboration within Groupe and agencies, and assisting management on continuous improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage completion within deadlines for all monthly financial statements & reporting functions in accordance with Group processes and policies. Group reporting packages include Actuals, CSR, Tax Package, CBCR and etc.
• Ensure compliance with all Group Policies and statutory financial controls including external/internal audit, Blackline Task Management and FMC requirements.
• Manage external audit, statistical surveys and other statutory reporting matters, including liaison with relevant external parties.
• Build and manage relationship with agencies and other SSC teams.
• Provide advisory support and guidance for any accounting & taxes matters to agencies and other SSC teams.
• Support collaboration within Groupe and agencies which include agencies integration, legal entities reduction, Post Monthend Review, Blackline Accounts Reconciliation and etc.
• Assist management on continuous improvement projects as appropriate that may arise on an ad-hoc basis.

Experience/Qualifications

• At least 3 years post qualification experience
• Full sets and audits experience
• Experience in advertising or media industry will be advantageous not mandatory

Required Skills

• Knowledge of accounting standards and audit requirements.
• Experience in using accounting systems and reporting packages
• Experience in Hyperion and SAP reporting is preferred
• Strong working knowledge of Excel
• Experience in analysis of data and reporting compilation
• Ability to provide accurate and timely financial services functions.
