NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Bid Office Specialist to lead bid processes from qualification through to award, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring timely, compliant responses.

You will work across multiple geographies on small to medium bids, applying project management principles, risk control, and governance to deliver compelling proposals for clients while maintaining an auditable trail of artefacts.

Responsabilidades

• Consults on project management principles to bid management.
• Engages with stakeholders during pre-qualification and information gathering.
• Manages all bid stages from initiation to award and submission.
• Develops deal strategies, solution architectures and commercial models.
• Ensures risk exposure is understood and mitigated.
• Maintains auditable bid artefacts and records.
• Coordinates team reviews and approvals prior to client submission.
• Sources general bid collateral from authorized owners.
