Job summary

PT Central Cipta Murdaya (CCM) is seeking an experienced procurement leader to oversee purchasing for beauty and related industries, based in Central Jakarta. The role requires 5+ years in procurement with at least 2 years in supervision, strong supplier networks, cost controls, timely delivery, quality standards, and knowledge of sustainability practices.

Fluent English is essential; Mandarin is an advantage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in procurement or purchasing within beauty or related industries, incl. 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of beauty industry standards, product trends, supply chain best practices, regulations, and sustainability.
• Ability to develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals, including cost efficiency, timely delivery, and quality standards.
• Experience identifying, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and other beauty components.
• Strong supplier relationship management and ability to handle multiple priorities in large projects.
• English fluency required; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Identify and negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Monitor budgets and timelines using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Work location at Kemayoran, Central Jakarta.
