Job summary

You will oversee supplier negotiations, contract management, and cost analysis, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with CCM group standards; the role requires strong Excel skills, leadership, and flexibility for events and long shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of work experience in purchasing/supply chain, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience handling construction projects.
• Possess a wide network of vendors and strong negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the procurement of goods related to all JIExpo needs, including core business, business units, and internal requirements.
• Develop purchasing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
• Manage the procurement process for goods and services, including price negotiations, contracts, and delivery schedules.
• Evaluate and select suppliers based on product quality, pricing, and availability.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors.
• Supervise the performance of the purchasing team and provide training when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct cost analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities.
