Job summary

Arya Noble is seeking a procurement professional to develop and execute purchasing plans across business units within Indonesia’s leading derma-beauty ecosystem. The role emphasizes governance, supplier relationships, and cost optimization to support sustainable growth.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree in a related field and have 4–5 years in procurement, including 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Management, Business Administration, or related field.
4-5 years of experience in Procurement/Purchasing, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial role.
Experience in Dermatology, Beauty, Retail, or FMCG is a plus.
Strong knowledge of supplier relationship management, contract management, supply chain, procurement policies, purchasing systems, and ERP systems.
Having knowledge on RMPM is a plus.
Proficiency in SAP is required.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute purchasing plans across business units, aligned with business requirements, spending priorities, and operational needs.
Establish and maintain purchasing governance, service levels, policies, and standards to ensure consistent, compliant, and efficient procurement processes.
Lead purchasing improvement and cost optimization initiatives through spending analysis, performance monitoring, and process improvements.
Manage end-to-end purchasing operations for goods and services, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant fulfillment in line with approved requirements and company policies.
Manage vendor performance and relationships, including service quality, delivery, pricing, and issue resolution, to ensure reliable supplier partnerships.
Manage purchase orders, contracts, commercial agreements, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy, proper authorization, and compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
Monitor purchasing activities and budget utilization, identifying risks, deviations, and opportunities for corrective action and cost efficiency.
Build strong relationships and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure effective procurement operations and business continuity.
