Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical Engineering (min. 10 years in bearing industry).
Experience mounting and dismounting bearings to Schaeffler/industry standards.
Experience with bearing inspection, alignment, lubrication, and replacement including bearing selection and tool use.
Experience delivering bearing-related training to customers (classroom and on-the-job).
Strong communication in English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and provide technical expertise to customers in Indonesia in line with Schaeffler goals.
Lead technical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of bearing systems.
Act as senior technical authority at customer sites, guiding hands-on service and customer technicians.
Prepare and participate in on-site support: mounting/dismounting, failure analysis, troubleshooting, and training.
Direct and supervise customer maintenance technicians on inspection, repair, overhaul, and replacement tasks.
