• 3+ years in F&B as bartender.

Responsibilities

• Reporting: Regular reports to Head Bartender on bar performance.
• Product Development: Creating new items for the menu and monthly specials.
• Customer Management: Ensuring positive customer experience.
• Preparation: Daily bar setup before opening.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work with management on events and promotions, maintain a positive work environment.
• Order Management: Process orders, input into POS, serve and handle payments.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of menu items and concept.
• Maintenance: Keep bar appearance and quality high.
• Evaluation: Regular evaluation of menu items and adjustments.
