Wanderlust Fitness Village is seeking an experienced Senior Barista to oversee daily coffee bar operations and maintain high beverage quality. The role emphasizes leadership of junior baristas, inventory awareness, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will ensure consistency in beverage quality, operate and maintain equipment, and support the team in achieving service targets in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista.
• Good knowledge of coffee, espresso-based beverages and brewing techniques.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate leadership.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and passionate about coffee.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of coffee preparation, excellent customer service skills and the ability to maintain high beverage quality standards. As a Senior Barista, you will be responsible for overseeing daily coffee bar operations, ensuring product consistency and supporting the development of junior baristas.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages according to company standards

Ensure consistency in beverage quality, taste and presentation

Operate, clean and maintain coffee machines and bar equipment

Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups and other bar supplies
