Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager based in Central Jakarta with a hybrid work arrangement. You will lead B2B sales for IT solutions including SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, and system integration, driving revenue growth and strategic account expansion.

You will manage end-to-end sales cycles, collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing, and engage C-level executives to close complex technology deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, IS, or Business required.
• Minimum 5 years B2B sales experience with at least 2 years in leadership.
• Proven track record selling IT solutions (SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity) to enterprise clients in Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop long-term relationships with existing B2B clients.
• Identify and close new enterprise clients through targeted prospecting and networking.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from qualification to closing, including proposals and negotiations.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing to develop tailored technology solutions.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and provide revenue reports to leadership.
• Develop account growth plans to increase contract value and CLV.
