Job summary

High Five is seeking a senior operator to own the full marketing funnel end-to-end across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. You will be hands-on, leading paid campaigns and funnel optimization while directly managing a small team of 2–3 marketers.

The role requires you to drive multi-market growth with data-driven decision-making, tight CPL/CPA accountability, and the ability to switch between strategy and execution within the same day.

Qualifications

• 5–6+ years in B2B digital marketing (agency or in-house).
• Hands-on paid ads execution with Meta Ads Manager.
• Analytics fluency with GA4/Looker Studio and basic CRM tools.
• 0-to-1 funnel experience in a startup environment.
• Proven people leadership of a small marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Own full-funnel growth strategy and execution across SG/MY/ID markets.
• Lead paid media campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google with CPL/CPA accountability.
• Develop funnel infrastructure incl. landing pages, tracking, retargeting, and optimization.
• Manage 2–3 marketers handling social media, content, community, and reporting.
• Provide weekly/monthly performance reporting with clear leadership narratives.
• Coordinate asset production with designers, copywriters, and vendors.
• Drive partnerships and influencer collaborations for community growth.
