Job summary

Finture is seeking a data-driven growth leader to define and execute a full-funnel growth strategy across brand, acquisition, and product in Jakarta Selatan. You will own an annual 360° marketing plan and campaign roadmap to accelerate user growth and revenue.

We value a proven track record in growth or performance marketing, deep analytics, and hands-on KOL management (Mega & Macro). You will translate insights into scalable experiments and real-time decision making.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years in Growth / Performance Marketing / Strategy roles.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable user growth and cost efficiency.
• Deep understanding of full-funnel growth and conversion optimization.
• Strong data mindset: able to analyze, interpret, and act on data quickly.
• Hands-on experience managing KOL campaigns (Mega & Macro tier).
• Result-oriented — accountable for business outcomes, not just plans.
• Experience with attribution systems, dashboards, and growth analytics tools.

• Define and lead full-funnel growth strategy, aligning brand, acquisi on, and product
• Own annual 360° integrated marke ng strategy and campaign roadmap
• Identify market gaps, emerging trends, and white-space opportunities
• Translate insights into actionable strategies and growth experiments
• Develop and execute Mega & Macro KOL strategy to drive scale and brand trust Exposure → Click → Register → Apply → Approval → Revenue
• Drive decision-making through real-time dashboards and performance reporting
