Job summary

Grab For Business is seeking a seasoned Marketing leader to own Indonesia/ Southeast Asia strategy and execution from Jakarta. You will drive end-to-end B2B demand generation and regional programs, collaborating with country teams, sales, product, and agencies to accelerate revenue growth and brand impact.

You will lead GTM planning, content creation, and cross-functional campaigns while applying AI tools to optimize research, content, and analytics. This is a on-site role in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• 7+ years B2B marketing experience with demand generation and ROI measurement.
• Fluent English (verbal and written).
• Experience managing agencies and vendors and coordinating budgets.
• Background in SaaS or enterprise tech solutions for business clients.
• Strong analytical skills to build business cases and prove ROI.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end regional marketing strategy and budget to drive new account acquisition and GMV targets.
• Plan field marketing activations, events, and office roadshows to win B2B clients.
• Develop GTM plans and content across buyer funnel (case studies, solution pages).
• Oversee regional programs aligned with OKRs and commercial priorities.
• Collaborate with PR, performance, and product marketing; apply GenAI tools for research and analytics.
