Job summary

Intan Ustrix is seeking a proactive B2B Sales professional to expand the customer base, secure orders, and drive ambitious targets from our Gresik location in Indonesia. The role welcomes both experienced professionals and fresh graduates who demonstrate high potential and motivation.

You will identify opportunities, negotiate with clients, and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to help steer business growth. Domestic travel and mobility to multiple client sites are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• GPA 3.0 or higher.
• 2+ years of sales experience preferred; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to maximize sales performance.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Generate and secure new orders in line with sales targets.
• Conduct professional business negotiations and communicate with clients.
• Understand client needs and propose right products or solutions.
• Prepare regular sales reports covering performance, activities and pipeline.
• Develop sales forecasts based on current opportunities and demand.
• Monitor market conditions and opportunities.
• Work toward achieving and exceeding sales targets.
