UNIT. Group in Bali, Indonesia, is seeking a senior Architect to lead development, review, and refinement of architectural designs for residential and public buildings.

You will ensure functionality, aesthetics, ergonomics, and compliance with technical standards, and you will translate concepts into detailed drawings. You will supervise on-site construction, address discrepancies between plans and reality, and deliver practical technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
• 5–10 years of professional experience in architecture, residential/public buildings.
• Hands-on experience in construction site supervision and architectural design supervision, including project completion and handover processes.
• Advanced proficiency in ArchiCAD for technical drafting and construction drawing development.
• Strong understanding of functional design, ergonomics, space planning, technical dimensions, utility integration, and construction detailing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and provide practical technical solutions with minimal management supervision.
• Willing to be assigned to Tabanan, Bali.

Responsabilités

• Lead development, review, and refinement of architectural designs to ensure functionality, aesthetics, ergonomics, and compliance with applicable technical standards.
• Review and evaluate architectural drawings and construction details to ensure designs are technically feasible and can be properly implemented on-site.
• Supervise architectural construction activities on-site to ensure all work complies with approved designs, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Conduct architectural site supervision and provide technical solutions to address discrepancies between approved designs and actual site conditions.
• Prepare, develop, and review detailed technical drawings using ArchiCAD, including floor plans, sections, elevations, and construction details.
• Identify potential design and construction issues and independently provide practical, effective, and efficient technical solutions.
