Markov Architecture is the architecture and engineering division of PT Bali Cahaya Makmur, a Bali-based company delivering integrated architecture, engineering and construction services.
We are building a multidisciplinary Architecture and Engineering Department to produce coordinated design documentation and high-quality presentation materials for villas, residences, resorts, hotels and commercial developments.
We are recruiting one Senior Architectural 3D Visualizer to produce high‑end, photorealistic interior and exterior architectural visualisations. The position reports to the Head of Architecture and works closely with the Senior Project Architect, Architectural Drafter and other design specialists.
Interpret architectural plans, elevations, sections, models, material schedules and design briefs.
Construct, refine and optimise detailed interior and exterior architectural models.
Inspect and correct models received from architects or drafters.
Identify missing or conflicting design information and obtain clarification before final production.
Develop realistic materials, textures, finishes and surface details.
Create convincing natural and artificial lighting for interior and exterior scenes.
Develop landscape, vegetation, surrounding context, furniture and decorative elements appropriate to the approved design.
Maintain consistent materials, lighting and visual language across coordinated project images.
Establish camera positions, composition, mood and colour direction.
Prepare preview renders for architectural review.
Produce high-resolution final renders, render passes and controlled layered post‑production.
Prepare images and presentation boards for client presentation, marketing and print.
Coordinate visual direction with the Head of Architecture and Senior Project Architect.
Ensure visualisations accurately represent the approved architectural and interior‑design concept.
Implement comments and design revisions accurately and efficiently.
Prepare alternative materials, lighting conditions or visual options when requested.
Estimate production time and meet agreed presentation deadlines.
Optimise geometry, textures, proxies and render settings.
Maintain organised models, assets, textures, render outputs and layered post‑production files.
Apply clear file naming, version control and archiving procedures.
Minimum 3 years of full‑time professional architectural‑visualisation experience. Candidates with 3 to 4 years must demonstrate an exceptional portfolio and advanced personal ability.
Relevant education outside Indonesia or substantial and verifiable professional experience working overseas. Candidates whose education and professional experience are both exclusively within Indonesia will not be considered.
Strong written and spoken English and fluent Bahasa Indonesia.
Advanced professional ability in 3ds Max and Corona Renderer or V‑Ray.
Strong Adobe Photoshop ability, including controlled layered post‑production.
Ability to import, inspect and work with files received from AutoCAD, SketchUp and Revit.
Strong architectural modelling, materials, lighting, composition, rendering and post‑production skills.
Ability to interpret architectural information and produce consistently strong interior and exterior visualisations.
Ability to manage revisions, deadlines, file organisation and coordinated image sets without constant technical supervision.
Portfolio containing approximately 10 to 15 personally completed images, including interior and exterior work and at least 3 projects with multiple coordinated views.
Ability to explain the candidate's exact contribution to every submitted project and provide wireframes, clay renders, raw renders, work‑in‑progress material, layered files or source‑file evidence where legally permitted.
Willingness to complete a controlled paid practical test of approximately 6 to 8 hours and submit the working file, relevant textures, raw render, render passes and layered post‑production file.
Verifiable employment history and professional references.
5 or more years of professional architectural‑visualisation experience.
Relevant qualification in Architecture, Interior Design, Architectural Visualisation, 3D Design or a related discipline.
Experience with luxury villas, resorts, hotels, residences or commercial developments.
Experience within an international architecture, visualisation or interior‑design studio.
Experience with Forest Pack, RailClone, Substance 3D, Blender, D5 Render, Lumion, Enscape or Unreal Engine.
Architectural animation, walkthrough, virtual‑reality, 360‑degree presentation, After Effects or Premiere Pro experience.
Real-time rendering software is an advantage but does not replace the mandatory 3ds Max and Corona Renderer or V‑Ray workflow.

We are looking for a technically strong, visually sophisticated and disciplined architectural visualizer who can take ownership of complete assignments, respond professionally to design direction and deliver consistent work on schedule.
This position is not suitable for candidates who depend primarily on ready‑made scenes, templates or rendering presets, use post‑production to conceal weak technical work, cannot produce both strong interior and exterior images, or cannot verify their personal contribution to submitted projects.
