Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in apparel industry as a Merchandiser.
• Proficient in English communication & computer applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and task management skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and support the team to enhance their performance.
• Achieve sales targets and generate new business.
• Obtain orders from customers.
• Ensure smooth execution of orders and on-time delivery to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Obtain order projections from customers.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers through regular visits.
• Ensure on-time payments from customers.
• Work closely with the Development Team of existing customers to identify new requirements.
