Job summary

PT Aroma prima livindo is seeking a Senior Affiliate to lead an 8+ member team and drive affiliate campaigns across e-commerce and creator communities. You will develop and execute strategies, recruit high-potential partners, and optimize performance to support brand growth.

The role requires a Marketing/Communications degree, familiarity with TikTok Shop and online marketplaces, and strong communication to build long-term relationships. Interview will be offline at Head Office.

• Experience leading an 8+ member team in affiliate marketing.
• Proven track record growing affiliate programs and campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor GMV, revenue and ROAS.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Marketing, E-commerce, Sales, Brand, Finance.
• Prepare regular performance reports and insights.

Job description

Note; Interview will be held in Offline Process (Head Office)

As a Senior Affiliate, you will:

Handle team and manage team (8++) also campaign for affiliate programs.

Develop and execute team affiliate marketing strategies aligned with business and sales targets.

Manage and grow relationships with affiliates, creators, and affiliate communities.

Identify and recruit new affiliates with strong potential to drive sales and brand awareness.

Develop affiliate campaigns, including commission schemes, promotions, vouchers, product seeding, and campaign activations.

Monitor affiliate performance and analyze key metrics such as GMV, revenue, conversion rate, clicks, orders, ROI/ROAS, and commission cost.

Optimize affiliate performance based on data, trends, and campaign results.

Coordinate with internal teams such as Marketing, E-commerce, Sales, Brand, and Finance to ensure smooth campaign execution.

Create regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations for management.

Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends, platform developments, competitor activities, and creator trends.

Support major e-commerce moments payday campaigns, twin dates, and others.

We need someone who :

D3/S1 , preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Experience handle team (8++) for Affiliate Marketing, E-Commerce, KOL in FMCG/Beauty products is an advantage.

Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Affiliate Marketing, and online marketplaces.

Strong communication skills; proactive in outreach and follow-ups; capable of building relationships.

Proficient in using Excel/Google Sheets.

Target-oriented, detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player.

Can join as soon as possible and willing to be placed in Greenlake City, Tangerang.
