Job summary

PT Ozzaskin Cantik Muda Alami is seeking an Affiliate Manager to lead partnership strategies and recruit top creators in the beauty/skincare space. You will define selection criteria, oversee content quality, and drive performance across TikTok and Shopee Affiliate programs.

You will develop creative briefs, monitor brand compliance, and manage affiliate budgets while guiding a small team to achieve monthly missions and rewards.

Qualifications

• D3/S1 in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Affiliate Management or KOL Specialist; Beauty or Skincare experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as supervisor or senior level.
• Proficient in TikTok & Shopee Affiliate Centre.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel and performance reporting skills.
• Familiar with Kalodata and Affiliate Centre.
• Strong understanding of content trends and affiliate marketing.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Creative, results-oriented, organized and detail-oriented.
• High integrity and good time management.

Responsibilities

• Develop affiliate partnership strategies and recruitment workflows
• Set affiliate selection criteria based on GMV, followers & content quality
• Develop creative concepts, content briefs and scripts for affiliates
• Monitor content quality, brand compliance and content-related issues
• Manage and develop top affiliates to improve sales performance
• Plan and monitor monthly affiliate missions, rewards and promotional programs
• Analyze GMV Net, KPI achievement and affiliate performance
• Lead daily team operations, DAP, affiliate budget and sample product allocation
