Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Affiliate Management or KOL specialist; beauty or skincare experience preferred.
• D3/S1 in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Proficient in TikTok & Shopee Affiliate Centre.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop affiliate partnership strategies and recruitment workflows.
• Set affiliate selection criteria based on GMV, followers & content quality.
• Develop creative concepts, content briefs and scripts for affiliates.
• Monitor content quality, brand compliance and content-related issues.
• Manage and develop top affiliates to improve sales performance.
• Plan and monitor monthly affiliate missions, rewards and promotional programs.
• Analyze GMV Net, KPI achievement and affiliate performance.
• Lead daily team operations, DAP, affiliate budget and sample product allocation.
