Job summary

PT Cantik Alami Sehat is seeking an Affiliate Leader to drive growth through strategic affiliate management and creator partnerships in the beauty and social commerce space. You will lead the affiliate team, optimize campaigns, and strengthen partnerships with creators to boost GMV and brand presence.

Responsibilities include developing affiliate strategies, managing creator relationships, and delivering data-backed insights to achieve monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
• Passionate about beauty products, skincare, and the beauty industry.
• Strong awareness of social media trends, with creativity in developing engaging and innovative campaign strategies.
• Target-oriented, results-driven, and capable of working with measurable performance indicators.
• Able to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the internal affiliate team to ensure all individual and team GMV targets are met or exceeded.
• Build, nurture, and scale an active, loyal affiliate community to secure consistent channel performance.
• Act as the primary link between the brand, internal teams, and creators/affiliates to build strong, long-term partnerships.
• Conceptualize creative, trend-driven campaign strategies to maximize join campaign rates, sample approval rates, and sales conversions.
• Design competitive commission structures, incentive tiers, and affiliate challenges that motivate creators to drive revenue.
• Streamline the end-to-end affiliate funnel—from outreach and onboarding to high-converting content execution.
• Leverage deep technical knowledge of TikTok Shop (TAP/MCN) and Shopee Affiliate Program to maximize platform tools and features.
• Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and social commerce trends to maintain a competitive edge.
• Oversee product sample dispatches, targeted/exclusive commission setups, and open campaigns efficiently.
• Closely monitor daily and monthly key performance indicators: GMV, ROI, CTR, active creator rate, and budget efficiency.
• Deliver performance reports and actionable, data backed insights to continuously optimize campaigns and ensure monthly sales targets are hit
