Job summary

Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) seeks a Program Officer to support the LEN implementation research program in Indonesia, based in Jakarta with travel to West and East Java. The role covers regulatory approvals, LEN procurement, data collection, and stakeholder engagement to inform national scale-up and financing decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Medicine, Pharmacy, or related field.
• 3–5 years in HIV/AIDS, public health programs, or implementation/operations research.
• Ability to manage projects and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with data extraction, quality checks, and health information systems.

Responsibilities

• Support regulatory and ethical approvals (BPOM, SAS, IRB) with guidance.
• Coordinate LEN procurement and distribution to ~20 sites in Java regions.
• Develop and implement M&E framework with the Ministry of Health and SI PrEP/SIHA.
• Plan training for healthcare workers and civil society on LEN service delivery.
• Conduct provider surveys and key informant interviews across study sites.
• Engage with government and CSO partners; represent CHAI in forums.
