Job summary

Indogal Agro Trading is hiring a Senior Accounting, Tax, and Cashflow Staff to strengthen financial operations, ensure accurate accounting and tax compliance, and monitor branch cash flow and budgets. You will coordinate month-end closes, prepare management reports, and analyze variances to guide strategic decisions.

The role requires a university degree in accounting or a related field, 3–5 years FP&A/ budgeting experience, and strong Excel skills; Odoo ERP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field from a reputable university.
• 3-5 years in Budget Control, FP&A, Budgeting, or Management Accounting.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ERP Odoo experience is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify financial transactions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

• Prepare monthly and periodic financial reports to support management decisions.
• Prepare tax-related documentation including PPh 23, PPh 4(2), PPh 21, VAT, and WHT.

About The Role!

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Accounting, Tax, and Cashflow Staff to support our financial operations, accounting processes, tax administration, and branch financial planning.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and reports, supporting month-end closing and tax compliance, as well as monitoring branch cash flow and budget performance. This position requires strong attention to detail, good analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Review and verify financial transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate the month-end closing process and ensure all required financial data is recorded accurately and on time.
• Prepare monthly and periodic financial reports to support management decision-making.
• Calculate and prepare tax-related documentation, including PPh 23, PPh 4(2), PPh 21, VAT, and Withholding Tax (WHT).
• Support the preparation and completion of tax filing documentation in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow projections for branches and monitor cash requirements.
• Perform Budget vs. Actual analysis and provide insights on significant variances.
• Support other finance and accounting activities as required by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field from reputable university.
• 3-5years of experience in Budget Control, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Budgeting, or Management Accounting.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP Odoo is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
