Job summary

The Tempo Group in Indonesia seeks an experienced Finance & Accounting Supervisor to oversee customer accounts, perform strategic financial analysis, and support cost planning. The ideal candidate holds an S1 in Accounting with 5+ years in finance and accounting, and is proficient in MS Office with SAP familiarity.

Strong communication and numerical skills are essential to meet tight deadlines. Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.

Qualifications

Minimum S1 in Accounting from a reputable university.
Experience in finance and accounting area for at least 5 years as Finance & Accounting Supervisor, preferably in Pharmaceutical / FMCG distributor companies.
Have good communication and numerical skills.
Able to operate Ms Office at the minimum and preferable know SAP.
Have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Hardworking and able to work with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Carefully monitored customer account relationships through strategic financial analysis.
Evaluate stock inventory (dead stock, slow moving stock) and provide feedback to the relevant directorates for effectiveness.
Worked to reconcile financial discrepancies by analyzing account information.
Outlined Accounts Receivable invoices and reviewed payments received.
Posted accounts receivable payments made by cash, cheque or credit card payments.
Making monthly operational cost planning.
