Job summary

PT Sejahtera Sama Kita is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to manage full-cycle accounting and the general ledger in line with PSAK. You will ensure accuracy in month-end close and provide precise financial reporting for the head office, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, including experience in P2P fintech, strong Excel skills, and English communication with the head office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in fintech/P2P lending.
• Proven experience in full-cycle accounting, GL, tax coordination, and audits.
• Proficient in Excel with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting and GL per PSAK.
• Coordinate tax with external agents (PPh, PPN, corporate tax).
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for head office.
• Lead audit support and documentation.

Manage full-cycle accounting and GL, including journal entries, reconciliations, month-end/year-end closing, and balance sheet accounts in accordance with PSAK. Coordinate tax compliance with external tax agents, including PPh, PPN, and annual corporate tax filings. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for head office, including variance analysis and ad-hoc reporting. Lead finance support for internal and external audits, including documentation, reconciliations, and auditor queries. Drive process improvements and internal controls while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements.

Key responsibilities

Manage full-cycle accounting and GL, including journal entries, reconciliations, month-end/year-end closing, and balance sheet accounts in accordance with PSAK

Coordinate tax compliance with external tax agents, including PPh, PPN, and annual corporate tax filings

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for head office, including variance analysis and ad-hoc reporting

About you

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

3–5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years of experience in the P2P lending/fintech industry.

Proven experience in full-cycle accounting, GL management, tax coordination, financial reporting, and audit support.

Proficient in Accurate and advanced Excel

Fluent in English for head office communication

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail

Brevet A/B or CPA is a plus
