Job summary

PT Surya Tirta Sejahtera Investama in Jakarta is seeking a finance professional to manage end-to-end accounting, tax administration, invoicing, payment processing, and file management with accuracy and integrity.

You will perform month-end closings, prepare multi-entity financial statements including consolidation packages for the listed parent company, ensure PSAK-based accounting, and maintain orderly archives to support audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or Taxation.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in accounting and tax.
• Independently run full-cycle accounting, monthly closing, and corporate tax filings.
• Solid understanding of PSAK. Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting software.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end accounting, tax administration, receive and log invoices, and file maintenance.
• Issue invoices, reconcile billed volumes, and follow up on receivables.
• Manage bank transactions, reconciliations, and petty cash.
• Conduct month-end closings and prepare multi-entity financial statements including consolidation packages for the listed parent company.

Job description

• End-to-end finance, accounting, tax administration, receive and log incoming invoices, check completeness and validity of supporting documents (contracts, PO, BAST/progress certificates, tax invoices), input journal entries, prepare payment requests and payment schedules, and maintain orderly filing and archives.
• Issue invoices, reconcile billed volumes, and follow up on collections and receivables.
• Manage bank transactions and petty cash, perform bank, sub-ledger, intercompany, and related-party reconciliations.
• Conduct month-end closings and prepare multi-entity financial statements, including consolidation packages for a listed parent company.
• Manage full tax compliance (monthly and annual PPh, PPN, Corporate Tax) via Coretax, including withholding slips and payment records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or Taxation.
• Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience in accounting and tax.
• Proven ability to independently run full-cycle accounting, monthly closing, and corporate tax filings (including annual SPT Badan).
• Solid understanding of PSAK.Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, Jurnal).
• Able to work independently with strong attention to detail, high integrity, and excellent deadline management.
