Job summary

PT. Excellen Silo Leaching in Central Sulawesi seeks a Senior Accounting Supervisor to lead accounting operations and fixed asset management. The role reports to expatriate leadership and focuses on accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial records.

The candidate will manage AP/AR/GL, depreciation, asset registers, and internal controls, while mentoring junior staff and supporting audits. Indonesian standards (SAK) and PPH tax knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years post-qualification accounting experience, with supervisory exposure
• Strong knowledge of fixed asset lifecycle and depreciation
• Proficiency in Indonesian tax regulations (SAK) and financial reporting

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations: AP/AR/GL and reconciliations
• Manage fixed asset lifecycle: acquisitions, depreciation, disposals
• Prepare and review financial statements and period-end closings
• Maintain fixed asset registers with proper documentation and coding
• Implement internal controls to prevent fraud
• Mentor junior accounting staff and ensure compliance with policies
• Coordinate external audits and provide schedules and docs
• Monitor CAPEX and asset capitalization
• Ensure tax compliance and regulatory requirements
• Provide financial insights to management for decisions
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
• Familiarity with Tax (PPH 22, 23, 24, 25, 26)
