Job summary

Kalbe Nutritionals (PT Sanghiang Perkasa) in Indonesia is seeking a Finance & Accounting Leader to supervise daily finance operations, ensure accurate reporting, and drive process improvements across GL, fixed assets, and reporting.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in accounting with 2–3 years in finance, strong Excel and ERP experience, and proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Strong understanding of GL, Fixed Asset, and Financial Reporting processes.
• Experience in month-end closing and financial reporting processes.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and provide solutions.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership and people management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ERP/accounting systems a plus.
• Good communication and coordination with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the finance and accounting team.
• Ensure effective execution of finance and accounting plans.
• Resolve escalated financial and accounting issues promptly.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with finance and accounting standards.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
• Provide guidance to finance staff to enhance skills.
• Coordinate with other departments for efficient financial ops.
