Job summary

PT. Walsin Lippo Industries, a West Java-based manufacturer of wires and cables, is seeking an experienced Accounting and Finance professional to lead internal finance operations.

You will oversee cash flow, cost accounting, month-end closures, financial reporting, audits, and compliance, coordinating with management and headquarters. Strong ERP, MS Office, and tax/regulatory knowledge are essential. This role requires 5+ years of experience and a supervisor stint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 5+ years’ experience in accounting & finance, including 1–2 years in a Supervisor role.
• Experience in monthly, quarterly and annual book closing.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting and finance activities and report to management and HQ.
• Manage cash flow, forecasting, receivables, payables and budgeting.
• Prepare monthly/annual cost accounting and financial planning.
• Coordinate A/P and A/R, bank reconciliations and petty cash.
• Lead month-end close activities including depreciation and accruals.
• Prepare P/L, B/S and cash flow statements for analysis.
• Coordinate with audits and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with employees on financial & accounting tasks.
