Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an experienced Bali-based Accountant to manage financial, tax, and compliance for a growing portfolio of luxury villas across Canggu and Uluwatu. This fully remote position collaborates with management and on-site villa teams.

You will handle multiple properties, produce monthly reports, and ensure tax compliance under Indonesian regulations. Strong English, Excel/Sheets, and familiarity with tax platforms are required.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting and taxation.
• Experience handling accounting and compliance for a PT PMA.
• Good understanding of Bali villa rental, hospitality, or real estate businesses.
• Familiarity with Indonesian tax reporting platforms and regulations.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and accounting software skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting for multiple luxury rental villas and related business operations.
• Track and reconcile villa expenses, operational spending, supplies, maintenance costs, staff expenses, and vendor payments.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, profit & loss statements, cash-flow summaries, and property-level expense reports.
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and supporting documentation for all transactions.
• Handle Indonesian tax reporting, filings, and payment schedules.
• Ensure compliance with current Indonesian tax regulations and PT PMA requirements.
• Stay up to date with Indonesian tax systems and government platforms (Coretax and others).
• Coordinate with management regarding expenses, invoices, contracts, reimbursements, and supporting documents.
• Monitor tax obligations related to villa rentals, property operations, contractors, suppliers, and company activities.
• Maintain clear financial records for individual villas and consolidated reporting.

Key responsibilities

Manage accounting for multiple luxury rental villas and related business operations

Track and reconcile villa expenses, operational spending, supplies, maintenance costs, staff expenses, and vendor payments

Prepare monthly financial reports, profit & loss statements, cash-flow summaries, and property-level expense reports

Maintain accurate bookkeeping and supporting documentation for all transactions

Handle Indonesian tax reporting, filings, and payment schedules

Ensure compliance with current Indonesian tax regulations and PT PMA requirements

Stay up to date with the latest Indonesian tax systems and government platforms, including Coretax and other relevant reporting systems

Coordinate with management regarding company expenses, invoices, contracts, reimbursements, and supporting documents

Monitor tax obligations related to villa rentals, property operations, contractors, suppliers, and company activities

Maintain clear financial records for individual villas as well as consolidated company reporting

About you

Strong experience in Indonesian accounting and taxation

Experience handling accounting and compliance for a PT PMA

Good understanding of Bali villa rental, hospitality, property management, or real estate businesses

Familiarity with current Indonesian tax reporting platforms and regulations

Strong Excel / Google Sheets and accounting software skills

Excellent attention to detail and ability to organise financial records across multiple properties

Able to communicate clearly with management and operational teams

Comfortable working independently in a remote position

Good written and spoken English
