Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, with at least 3yrs of general accounting experience, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Good to have: Certified Public Accountant (CA/CPA).
• Audit background preferred, but not compulsory.
• Working knowledge in Business Central is an advantage.
• Organized, analytical, and can work under pressure.
• Can maintain high accuracy of work.
• Able to converse and read in English.
• High professional integrity, honesty, and trust.

Responsibilities

• Support financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting across business units.
• Analyze financial performance vs. budget and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Track key metrics and identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts, business reviews, and management reports.
• Assist in group consolidation, investment planning, and M&A analysis.
• Handle month-end closing and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Maintain general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Manage invoicing, receivables, and follow up on collections.
• Process purchase orders, payments, and expense reports.
• Monitor bank accounts and inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax, and company policies.
• Maintain proper financial reporting processes and documentation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Key Responsibilities:

FP&A / Business Finance

• Support financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting across business units
