Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, client servicing, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn.
• Strong client management, communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and serve as the main point of contact
• Lead campaign execution, timelines, deliverables, and overall project coordination
• Develop briefs, project plans, reports, and campaign trackers
• Support digital and social media campaign planning and execution
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations
• Identify client needs and translate them into actionable campaign solutions
• Coordinate with creative, media, strategy, and other internal teams to deliver projects
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Support account growth by identifying opportunities and proposing relevant solutions
