Job summary

PT Pestindo Central Optima is seeking an experienced Account Executive to build and maintain client relationships and drive new business opportunities in Indonesia. You will identify client needs, present solutions, and negotiate contracts while coordinating with internal teams for timely delivery.

Qualifications

Minimum S1 education in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of work experience as Sales, Account Executive, or Account & Relationship Management.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and understand their needs.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, presentations and negotiations.
Maintain client satisfaction with professional and responsive service.
Assist in formulating and implementing sales strategies to meet targets.
Prepare proposals and compelling sales materials.
Coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs on time.
