Job summary

PT Pestindo Central Optima is seeking an experienced Account Executive to build and maintain client relationships and drive new business opportunities in Indonesia. You will identify client needs, present solutions, and negotiate contracts while coordinating with internal teams for timely delivery.

An experienced Account Executive (Sales) role with PT Pestindo Central Optima, where you will play an important part in building and maintaining client relationships, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and contributing to company growth.

Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to understand their needs deeply and provide appropriate solutions

Identify and develop new business opportunities through active prospecting, product presentations, and contract negotiations

Maintain customer satisfaction levels by providing professional and responsive service

Assist in formulating and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve company targets

Prepare proposals, offers, and compelling sales presentation materials

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met on time and efficiently

About you

Minimum S1 education in Marketing, Business Management, or related field

Minimum 3 years of work experience as Sales, Account Executive, or Account & Relationship Management

Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills

Understanding of market trends and ability to analyse industry conditions and competitors

Target-oriented, diligent, proactive, and able to work independently and in teams

Able to operate software and sales support technology (CRM, Microsoft Office, or similar applications)
