PT Pestindo Central Optima seeks an experienced Account Executive to build and maintain client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to company growth. You will develop strategies, present solutions, and negotiate terms to meet targets.

The role requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Management and at least 3 years in sales or related fields. You will be supported by an active CRM and MS Office tools in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business Management.
• 3+ years in Sales, Account Executive, or related role.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Able to analyze market trends and competitive conditions.
• Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently and in teams.
• Experience with CRM or sales tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to understand needs and provide solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, presentations, and negotiations.
