Job summary

PT Pestindo Central Optima seeks an experienced Account Executive (Sales) to build and maintain client relationships, identify opportunities, and contribute to company growth in Indonesia. You will manage proposals, coordinate with internal teams, and drive revenue through strategic account management.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Management, at least 3 years in sales or account roles, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in Sales, Account Executive, or Account & Relationship Management.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Understanding of market trends and ability to analyse industry conditions and competitors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to understand their needs deeply and provide appropriate solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through active prospecting, product presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Maintain customer satisfaction levels by providing professional and responsive service.
• Assist in formulating and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Prepare proposals, offers, and compelling sales presentation materials.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met on time and efficiently.
