BigEvo is seeking a Senior Account Executive to handle client relationships for our Google, Meta, and TikTok Ads accounts. The role is full-time with a hybrid work model in Jakarta, requiring strong English and Indonesian communication, and experience in ads reporting and dashboard metrics.

You will manage day-to-day client communication, ensure timely delivery, and collaborate with internal teams to drive account growth and successful campaigns.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for Senior Account Executive at BigEvo.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with assigned clients.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet client expectations.

Understand clients' business objectives and provide relevant recommendations.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Account Management or Client Service

Excellent presentation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Familiar with ads reporting (deck and Lookerstudio) and understanding dashboard metrics (Google, META, TikTok).

Familiar to manage Ads Performance & Social Media management service with tight timeline.

Strong communication and client relationship management skills.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused mindset.
