Job summary

Evolene Indonesia is seeking a driven Digital Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize performance campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google and marketplace ads. You will support the Marketing Supervisor in driving demand and revenue with data-driven decisions.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in digital advertising, hands-on platform experience, and a strong eye for numbers, testing, and scalable growth strategies. Growth potential toward senior roles is available.

Qualifications

2–5 years of digital marketing or performance advertising experience.
Experience with FMCG, supplements, fitness or DTC brands is a strong plus.
Hands-on with paid ads on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and/or Google Ads.
Basic understanding of funnels, conversion metrics and creative testing.
Comfortable with numbers, dashboards and performance data.
Curious, fast learner, open to testing, iteration and feedback.
Strong execution mindset with attention to detail and growth potential.

Responsibilities

Execute and optimize performance-driven campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google and marketplace ads.
Support in driving demand and revenue through well-executed digital campaigns.
Assist in developing creative angles, hooks, and messaging from product insights.
Monitor metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS and cost per lead to improve effectiveness.
Manage campaigns at SKU level to reach the right audience at each funnel stage.
Track daily/weekly performance and prepare insights-driven reports.
Collaborate with Content, Creative and KOL teams to boost creative performance.
Support testing initiatives and help scale high-performing campaigns.
