Marriott Hotels in Semarang is seeking a General Manager to lead all hotel operations, including guest and employee satisfaction, financial performance, sales and revenue generation. The role requires strong Bahasa Indonesia communication and prior experience with large-scale hotel management.

The candidate will drive brand strategy, manage an executive team, and ensure Marriott JW brand values are reflected in daily operations and guest experiences.

Formación

• Proven leadership experience in hotel operations, preferably in Indonesia.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; strong English is a plus.
• Experience with pre-opening or conversion projects is preferred.
