Job summary

Accor's Novotel Bali Ubud Resort is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead the daily security team, protecting guests, staff and assets while upholding strict safety standards. You will oversee incident handling and ensure a proactive security posture in Bali.

Role requires ensuring the highest level of safety for guests and colleagues, monitoring performance, conducting inspections, and maintaining professional conduct in daily operations with a strong team focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar security role.
• Certificates in National Skills Recognition System, CPR, First Aid Management and Basic Fire Fighting.
• Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Able to stay calm, respond quickly, and work well in a team.
• Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily security team operations.
• Monitor staff performance and conduct inspections.
• Manage incidents and ensure timely response.
• Maintain and enforce security standards and procedures.
• Ensure highest level of safety for guests, Heartists, vendors and suppliers.
