Job summary

Accor's Novotel Bali Benoa is seeking a professional Chief Security to lead hotel security operations and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for guests and staff. You will enforce fire and life safety procedures, manage VIP protection, and coordinate with hotel leadership during emergencies.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma, security certifications, 5+ years of relevant experience, and fluent English. You will be on-call for emergencies and maintain daily security reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma education or similar educational qualification.
• Security certificate / Gada Madya / Gada Utama.
• Certificate in National Skills Recognition System, CPR, First Aid Management and Basic Fire Fighting.
• Clean criminal record.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel & Word.

Responsibilities

• Be fully conversant with hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures.
• Comply with hotel and department policies and procedures at all times.
• Cultivate Informers with the intention of obtaining information of security interest that may be of immediate or future use to the Department for prevention and detection purposes.
• Record all activities involving the Department in the Daily Security Report.
• Provide security coverage for VIP guests.
• Update Resident Manager constantly on all matters of security interest affecting the Hotel and the Department.
• Always be on-call, including off-duty hours, for any emergency that may arise.
