Job summary

Novotel Bali Benoa Bali, Indonesia, seeks an IT leader to oversee technology operations for a five-star beachfront resort, ensuring reliable, secure IT services that support guest experience and hotel operations. You will manage networks, servers, POS, guest internet, CCTV, door access, IPTV, and other hospitality tech, while driving cybersecurity and maintenance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years IT experience with at least 2 in management, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of networks, Windows Server, cybersecurity, and cloud-based solutions.
• Experience with PMS, POS, guest internet, CCTV, door locks, IPTV.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee IT operations across the resort to ensure reliable, secure technology for guest experience and hotel operations.

Job Description

• Lead and oversee all Information Technology operations across a 5-star beachfront family resort, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient technology services that support both guest experience and hotel operations.
• Manage and maintain the resort’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, business applications, POS, guest internet services, telecommunications, and end-user support, while ensuring optimal system performance and minimal downtime.
• Drive technology initiatives, cybersecurity compliance, preventive maintenance programs, and system enhancements to support operational excellence, business continuity, and digital transformation.
• Partner closely with department heads, corporate IT teams, and external vendors to deliver effective technology solutions, project implementations, and continuous improvements across the resort.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant Information Technology experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity, preferably within hospitality, resort, or hotel environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of network infrastructure, Windows Server environments, cybersecurity, system administration, cloud-based solutions, backup and disaster recovery, and IT asset management.
• Experience supporting hospitality systems such as PMS, POS, guest internet management, CCTV, door lock systems, IPTV, and other hotel operational technologies is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to manage IT projects, coordinate vendors, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and provide effective support in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a service-oriented mindset and excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
