Courtyard by Marriott is seeking a Security Supervisor for the Nusa Lembongan Bali Resort. You will patrol all areas of the property, secure rooms, and assist guests with room access while maintaining the highest safety standards.

Responsibilities include conducting emergency drills, monitoring CCTV and alarm systems, authorizing access to secured areas, and reporting incidents. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to protect guests and assets.

Formación

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsabilidades

• Patrol all areas of the property and secure rooms.
• Conduct emergency response drills and safety inspections.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems; control access to secured areas.
• Assist guests and employees during emergencies.
• Prepare reports and maintain confidentiality of information.
