Funding Societies | Modalku in Surabaya is seeking a driven Relationship Officer to join our Secured Lending team. The role focuses on hunting, identifying, and acquiring clients with potential asset-backed financing opportunities, expanding the loan portfolio through lead generation and tailored solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years in secured lending or asset-backed finance, with a proven hunter mindset and strong negotiation and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of secured lending, B2B sales, or collateral-based financing experience.
• Proven track record in hunting and acquiring new clients.
• Experience managing a portfolio with ticket sizes up to IDR 5 billion (IDR 10 billion cap).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive selling skills.
• Hunter mindset with strong critical thinking and analytical capability.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source, identify, and acquire new clients with collateralized assets suitable for secured lending.
• Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
• Retain and expand existing customer relationships by understanding evolving business needs.
• Conduct comprehensive fact-finding with prospective and existing clients to identify opportunities and structure financing solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end client experience.
• Stay up to date with market trends, industry movements, and competitors’ activities.
