Job summary

PT Cipta Krida Bahari seeks a Section Head Warehouse dan Production LOBP to drive excellence across blending, filling, maintenance, laboratory, and admin functions. You will oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and delivery, and ensure safe handling of lubricant products in packaged and bulk forms according to regulations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, at least 3 years in LOBP, and strong leadership with SAP/WMS experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years in the LOBP environment.
• Experience in warehouse management of oil/lubricant is required.
• Familiarity with SAP or other WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication with customers and internal teams.
• Oversee Blending, Filling, Maintenance, Laboratory, and administration per KPI.
• Manage warehouse receiving, storage, inventory, and delivery.
• Ensure safe handling of lubricant products per regulations.
• Drive efficiency improvements and cost optimization.
• Support audits, investigations, and training.
• Implement HSE and PSMS standards and Zero Accident targets.
