Job Requirements
- Bachelor’sdegree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, Management, or arelated field.
- Minimum3–5 years of experience as a Secretary, Executive Secretary,Personal Assistant, or similar administrative role.
- Strongorganizational and time-management skills, with the ability to managemultiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proficientin Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarwith digital collaboration tools.
- Experiencedin managing schedules, meetings, correspondence, documentation, travelarrangements, and administrative coordination.
- Strongattention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and information.
- Demonstratesprofessionalism, confidentiality, integrity, and discretion whenhandling sensitive information.
- Stronginterpersonal and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability tocoordinate effectively with internal and external parties.
- Proactive,responsive, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-pacedenvironment.
- Willingto work on-site and support business/operational activities as required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managethe department's inventory, including office stationery and pantrysupplies, ensuring availability.
- Ensurethe cleanliness of the Main Control Building (MCB) by monitoring the dailyactivities of the office girl.
- Createand submit Service Request Requisitions (SRR) for all needs of theOperations and Site Head and the MCB.
- Developand maintain an organized filing system for documents.
- Manageall correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, for theOperations and Site Head.
- Schedulemeetings and reservations and prepare meeting rooms as needed.
- Performprinting, copying, and scanning of documents.
- Receiveand verify the accuracy of invoices.
- Maintainthe tidiness of all areas within the MCB, including the workplace, meetingrooms, prayer room (Musholla), and pantry.
- Createmonthly reports related to inventory.
- Adhereto, promote, and reinforce compliance with OHS and EnvironmentalManagement System policies and regulations.
- Performother duties as assigned by management.
- Implementing SMK3 (Occupational Health and SafetyManagement System) and SML (Environmental Management System) to create awork environment that is healthy, safe, and environmentally friendly.
- Taking action and reporting to all relevantparties if unsafe conditions and actions are found in the workplace thatcan endanger the environment and threaten occupational safety and health.
