PTESSA Industries Indonesia Tbk in Jakarta is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure & Security professional to support secure, reliable, high‑performing IT infrastructure across the ESSA Group. The role covers cloud, network, security, virtualization, Microsoft 365, and multi‑site connectivity.

The position is based at the Head Office in South Jakarta, with hands‑on responsibilities across Azure, Palo Alto, and hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, CE, or related field.
• 8+ years hands-on IT infrastructure experience.
• 5+ years Azure and enterprise firewall administration (Palo Alto preferred).
• Strong Azure skills: VMs, VNet, NSG, Storage, Backup/Recovery, Monitor, hybrid connectivity.
• Experience with Palo Alto Firewall: policies, NAT, routing, VPN, logging, troubleshooting.
• Strong Cisco networking, Ruckus Wireless, Hyper‑V, LAN/WAN, VLAN, routing, switching, VPN.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, AD, Windows Server, identity integration.
• Experience with SentinelOne EDR, endpoint security, patching, vuln remediation.

Responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot Azure, Hyper‑V, Windows Server, and hybrid/multi‑cloud infrastructure.
• Manage Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco networks, Ruckus Wireless, VPN, and multi‑site connectivity.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Entra ID, including access/integration.
• Manage SentinelOne EDR, endpoint security policies, alert investigation, remediation.
• Perform infrastructure security hardening, patching, access control, vulnerability remediation.
• Execute backup, restore, replication, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, security logs, alerts, and SIEM/SOC integration.
• Troubleshoot incidents across cloud, network, firewall, VPN, virtualization, identity, endpoint, M365 environments.
• Maintain documentation, diagrams, configurations, SOPs, inventories.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for escalations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, ComputerScience, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of hands‑onexperience in IT Infrastructure, Network, System Administration, Cloud, or ITSecurity
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑onexperience with Microsoft Azure and enterprise firewall administration,preferably Palo Alto Networks
• Strong hands‑on skills in Azure VMs,VNet, NSG, Storage, Backup/Recovery, Azure Monitor, and hybrid connectivity
• Experience in Palo Alto Firewall,including security policies, NAT, routing, IPsec/SSL VPN, logging, andtroubleshooting

• Preferred certifications: AZ-104,Palo Alto, CCNA, Microsoft 365, or Microsoft Security
• Fluencyin English, both written and spoken.
• Strongcommunication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectivelyacross multiple departments and with external agencies or vendors.
