Job summary

PTESSA Industries Indonesia Tbk, located in South Jakarta, seeks an Enterprise Systems Lead to manage and improve the SAP S/4HANA finance landscape. You’ll ensure reliable operations, support financial closing, and lead a team delivering effective finance solutions for business users.

Ideal candidates have 10–15 years of SAP FI/CO experience, strong Group Reporting and FM skills, and prior leadership in Greenfield SAP projects. English and Bahasa Indonesia fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with relevant certifications
• Minimum 10–15 years of hands-on SAP functional experience
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA FICO, FM, Group Reporting and closing cockpit
• Strong background in SAP configuration, implementation, and integration
• Lead experience in Greenfield SAP S/4HANA projects; prior SAP partner/consulting preferred
• SAP FI/CO certification is mandatory; fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day functional support for SAP FI, CO, FM, and closing processes
• Ensure SAP finance modules operate per design and business needs
• Manage incidents, service requests, and escalations from users
• Design and deliver SAP solutions from requirements to deployment
• Perform root cause analyses and drive permanent fixes
• Review configuration changes before production deployment
• Coordinate with Finance, Controlling, Internal Audit, and SAP Basis teams
• Mentor and develop the Enterprise Systems team

This role will ensure reliable system operations,support financial closing and reporting processes, and lead the team indelivering effective solutions for finance and business users.

JobRequirements

• Bachelor’sDegree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; relevantFinance/Accounting certification is required
