Job summary

Packet Systems Indonesia is seeking a Leader to head the SecOps team in Jakarta. You will supervise front-line security monitoring, incident response, threat intelligence, and threat hunting while guiding SecOps platform engineering and management.

Qualifications

• Lead the SecOps team to deliver security services.
• Oversee Real-Time Monitoring, Incident Management, Threat Hunting, Use Case Management within the SecOps portfolio.
• Coordinate implementation plans for new SecOps projects.

Responsibilities

• Manages the SecOps team to maintain and deliver appropriate services.
• Oversees the delivery of all SecOps services in the service portfolio such as Real-Time Monitoring, Incident Management, Threat Hunting, Use Case Management, etc,
• Develops and facilitate cross coordination of implementation plans for new projects within the SecOps.
• Develops SecOps service metrics; implements and monitors controls to maintain appropriate service levels.
• Provides thought leadership on SecOps management and continue to catch up with industry trends.
• Understand and work together with L3 engineers for escalated P1 Incident Investigation activities, prioritized threat hunt and intelligences, and business critical SecOps services.
• Maintains and administers personnel activities for direct reports, including recruitment, assignments, training, performance evaluations, and reviews.
• Maintains knowledge of relevant regulations, compliance requirements and policies that may directly or indirectly impact the SecOps and its services.
