Job summary

Packet Systems Indonesia (PSI) in Jakarta seeks a Cyber Security Analyst to join our security operations. You will work on incident response, threat detection, and security monitoring to protect critical systems for client engagements.

Ideal candidates hold IT-related degrees, 2–4 years in cyber security, and certifications such as CEH/CHFI/ECSA/ECIH. The role requires on-site work at customer sites with a 24/7 shift and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• CEH/CHFI/ECSA/ECIH certificates are a must; other security certs preferred.
• Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Cyber Security Analyst.
• Willing to learn new security technologies.
• Proficient in incident management and response.
• Experience in security device management and SIEM.
• Knowledge of cyber-attacks, threat vectors and risk management.
• Experience in threat management and reporting.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• English communication (written and spoken) required.
• Willing to work in a 24/7 shift on-site at customer site.
