Job summary

You will implement integrated Lean 6 Sigma journeys, coach line leaders, and establish governance to review performance, drive improvements and embed zero loss mindsets across the team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Lean Six Sigma initiatives in manufacturing.
• Strong communication, coaching and leadership skills.
• Engineer with financial and business acumen and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead IL6S and Factory of Future programs to build self-sufficient line teams.
• Coach line leaders and cascade plans to align priorities and KPIs.
• Establish governance to review performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet objectives.
